Job Title: Youth Center Staff
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise youth recreational center during open center hours for youth in grades 7-12th.
Monitor registration and check in’s
Provide guidance for youth
Know and enforce CRYC policy and procedures
Maintain respectful and safe atmosphere
Confident in decision making abilities
Strong communication skills
Conflict resolution
Must be available to work Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings 4-9pm.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Age 21 and older, positive attitude and strong people skills required.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Minimum 1 year experience working with teens, valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Criminal background check, drug test and 3 references required.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $12.00/hour
